General Terms and Conditions

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the online store, user rights, and business relationship between the supplier and the buyer, and are in accordance with all applicable legislation. When placing an order, the buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION

Upon their registration on the website visitors acquire their username and password. Products can also be ordered without registration (as a guest), but you do not have access to archive your orders and you can not use certain advantages which are available for registered users.

PLACING AN ORDER

After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email to the address indicated upon registration.

PAYMENT 

The following payment methods are available:
- money transfer to the seller's bank account,
- online payments through the PayPal system.

- credit card payments.

PRICES

All prices in the online shop are informative. Prices are valid at the moment of order confirmation. All prices in the online shop are in euros. Since we are not liable to VAT taxation, VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

DELIVERY

All products ordered are delivered by Pošta Slovenije. The detailed delivery charges are indicated in the delivery section.


MERCHANDISE RETURN

The buyer has the right, within 14 days of the receipt of goods, to inform the seller of their withdrawal from the contract. The only cost charged to the buyer in relation to the contract cancelation is the cost of shipping products back. All products shall be returned intact and in original packaging. The products are to be returned to the following address:

In case of changes, necessary completion of data, or wrong personal data, the user can verify them, and, if a necessary change or complete after their login/registration in the online at the link "My Account".
